Yoga with Julie - Balancing Mind, Body and Spirit
Join me for a fun 60 min Yoga Sculpt class on Wednesdays 7:45-8:45 am. Wrights are optional, but I will tell you they are a game changer. This class will sculpt your entire body, help you find balance & flexibility and develop strength . Your regular Yoga practice will definatly be enhanced from this class.
