 Come join Julie in this All LEVELS heart opening Yoga retreat in the lush hills of the Umbria at the Locanda del gallo.
 
 Picture walls of stone, aged by the centuries. Fresh and cozy rooms filled with ancient and exotic furniture. Relax in the garden overlooking 28 acres of gardens, terraced lawns, olive groves and woodland. The scent of lavender and rosemary filling the air as you follow the path through the woods that lead you to the beautiful Yoga studio. Relax  by the chlorine-free pool, encircled by the comfortable sun loungers and massage your muscles in the outdoor jacuzzi and purify in the Turkish bath.
 
 Enjoy the finest traditions of Mediterranean cuisine everything natural everything genuine and carefully prepared with a light hand by the Locanda's personal chef. Organic tomatoes, salad leaves and vegetables from the kitchens garden. Olive oil from the olive grove, aromatic herbs from the garden, yogurt, cakes and homemade breads.
 
 The itinerary includes 2 daily Yoga and meditation sessions, all lovingly prepared meals, a magical massage, and group excursion. We will meet at the train staion in Rome in the morning of May 2nd and take the train together and then share taxi's to the Locanda Del Gallo.

How to get to the Locanda
 
Fly into the romantic cities of Rome or Florence. These are two of my favorite cities in the world. I suggest taking a few days to explore the beautiful cities.
 
Then enjoy the beauty of the country side on a train ride to Perugia, journeying onward with a taxi ride through the Umbrian hills arriving at our fabulous retreat center...The Locanda del gallo.
 
Please plan on arriving before 4 pm on May 2nd. Keep in mind if you are leaving from Hawaii you will arrive in Italy 2 days after you depart due to time changes.
 
 
This is a all level retreat. You will flow at your own pace and you will be encouraged to find your intelligent edge. We will allow the subtle body to influence our personality as we open our hearts as wide as the clear blue sky. I love what I do because I'm good at what I do because I love what I do.
