This is an all levels retreat, so you will flow at your own pace and find your intelligent edge.
Our morning will begin at 7 am for a seated meditation, pranayama
and chanting observing silence (Mouna) through the end of the a.m. practice.
From 7:30-9:00 we will be practicing Vinyasa a 90 minute practice designed to regulate and balance Mind, Body and Spirit. Standing and seated hatha asana connected with breath and strengthening flowing postures. Practice can be modified or amplified for any level. The 1st 7 days we will open up and focus on a chakra of the day, as I guide you through flows geared to that particular energy point in the body. Clearing blocks that may be limiting your
practice, health, life, bringing you into perfect balance.
 
The 2nd practice will be
from 4:15-5:30. The style and intensity of this second practice will vary, letting the energy of the group direct the focus. I will offer Gentle Yoga softly diving deep into each asana, Partner Yoga allowing the assistance of a partner to take to further in your asana, Restorative Yoga relaxing opening up completely as you rest and restore, AcroYoga the blend of acrobatics-partner work-and Thai massage, Inversions & Balancing- strengthening drills to get the body stronger.
                                    
  This is a wonderful 10 day journey. Sept. 15th is a day to get settled and enjoy one or both of your body treatments. We will begin our 1st Yoga practice on the 16th, and our last practice is the evening  of the 24th.  I am passionate about guiding these retreats and love watching the amazing transformational shifts that occur with in each individual. I am there to serve each and everyone of you and will take requests on what you want to learn and develop.
